Notice for Applying for the Chinese Postdoc Fund, No.66 General Fund, 2019  

　　各位在站博士后：  

　　根據中國博士后科學(xué)基金會(huì )《中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助指南（2019年度）》文件精神，中國博士后科學(xué)基金第六十六批面上資助申報時(shí)間已確定。  

　　我臺申報工作安排如下，請各位在站博士后積極申報。  

　　According to the guidance “中國博士后科學(xué)基金資助指南（2019年度）”, the arrangement of our observatory for the application is as followed:   

　　一、申報截止時(shí)間：2019年9月2日  

　　Deadline for application：Sep.2, 2019  

　　二、申報條件 Conditions   

　　1、在站博士后研究人員。  

　　2、具備良好的思想品德、較高的學(xué)術(shù)水平和較強的科研能力。  

　　3、申請面上資助須依托一項具體科研項目,項目應具有基礎性、原創(chuàng )性和前瞻性,具有重要科學(xué)意義和應用價(jià)值,且為本人承擔。  

　　4、進(jìn)站后一年半以?xún)瓤啥啻紊暾?/span>,每站只能獲得一次面上資助。  

　　5、入選“博士后國際交流計劃”派出項目人員在未結束派出工作前不可申請。  

　　6、不限制申請人數。  

　　Postdocs who have been in PMO for less than 1.5 years can apply for this fund.   

　　Once you have obtained a General Fund before, you cannot apply for it any more.   

　　三、申請材料及要求 Application Materials and Requirements   

　　申請材料：“中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”1份，“專(zhuān)家推薦意見(jiàn)表”一式2份（含原件）。  

　　Materials: The application form “中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”(one print) and the recommendation form “專(zhuān)家推薦意見(jiàn)表”(the original and one copy).   

　　具體要求 Requirements   

　　1、“中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”由“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”生成（涉密項目除外）。申請人登錄中國博士后網(wǎng)站“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”，下載申報軟件，網(wǎng)下填報“中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”，在線(xiàn)上傳至設站單位，在線(xiàn)打印紙質(zhì)申請書(shū)1份。紙質(zhì)申請書(shū)的校驗碼須與“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”中的校驗碼一致。  

　　2、申請人在線(xiàn)打印“專(zhuān)家推薦意見(jiàn)表”，分別交合作導師和同行專(zhuān)家填寫(xiě)。  

　　3、申請人將紙質(zhì)申請書(shū)1份及“專(zhuān)家推薦意見(jiàn)表”2套（含原件）一并交設站單位。  

　　1、Form “中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)” is created from the system“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”. Visit the web “中國博士后網(wǎng)站”www.chinapostdoctor.org.cn— login the system“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統” (If you don’t remember your ID and password, please contact Jin Lu)— Download the application software— fill in the form “中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”offline— upload and print the finished form online.   

　　2、Print the form“專(zhuān)家推薦意見(jiàn)表”online and finish it with the recommendation of your co-supervisor and another professor.   

　　3、Hand in the materials.   

　　特殊說(shuō)明Instructions：  

　　1、申請人不得在“中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”標識為紅色的邊框內填寫(xiě)個(gè)人信息，包括申請人姓名、設站單位名稱(chēng)、合作導師姓名等，否則視為故意向評審專(zhuān)家泄露個(gè)人信息，中國博士后科學(xué)基金會(huì )將根據評審專(zhuān)家認定的結果，取消申請人的資助資格。  

　　2、涉密項目允許申請面上資助，但申請材料不得在網(wǎng)上提交。申請人須在“中國博士后科學(xué)基金管理信息系統”中下載申報軟件，網(wǎng)下填寫(xiě)后打印紙質(zhì)申請書(shū)3份，刻錄光盤(pán)1張。申請項目是否涉密，須由設站單位保密委員會(huì )或其日常辦公機構認定并出具公函。  

　　3、網(wǎng)上提交申報數據后，在申報截止時(shí)間前如需修改，須向設站單位提出申請，由設站單位網(wǎng)上駁回申請人進(jìn)行修改。  

　　Do not mention your personal information in the red frame of the application form (including your name, institute, co-supervisor’s name, etc.), or you will be canceled.   

　　Do not upload secret information online.   

　　申請人須于2019年9月2日（星期一）前將“中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助申請書(shū)”1份，“專(zhuān)家推薦意見(jiàn)表”一式2份（含原件），交至人教處金璐。  

　　Submit the application materials to Lu Jin before the deadline（Sep.2, 2019）.
